Magnifixer 2.2 by Blacksun Software is the latest version of this freeware utility for Windows. It provides a magnifying tool giving us the opportunity to view any item at our desktop. This utility has a focusing ring that varies the magnification between 1X and 40X. It can be very useful for those people with reading problems, who find it hard to read small characters. It works as a virtual magnifier showing the image we are pointing with our mouse cursor. Magnifixer gives the exact color code on a selected pixel, both in RGB and HTML color formats. There are several options we are allowed to customize to our preferences, such as Color Level, Color Display, Update Frequency, Enabled, Show Panel, Stay on Top, Show Cursor, Draw CrossHair, Draw Grid, Smoothen Display, Invert Image, Fixed Location, etc. It is possible to download this freeware utility directly from the developer's website.
